Breakfast at Brennan's

For as long as I’ve been going to New Orleans I’m extremely upset that this past trip was my FIRST time at Brennan’s. Breakfast at Brennan’s is an absolute MUST-DO if you are visiting NOLA. This is the establishment that created Bananas Foster - they know what they are doing. Make sure to make a reservation in advance, especially if you are going around the holidays.

We went on Christmas Eve and the decorations all around were beautiful and everyone was given a jingle bell to wear. The service and hospitality at Brennan’s is really top-notch. Their menu offers a lot of options and it was hard to make a decision but I think we did a great job ordering, there was not a bite left on any of our plates. The omelette I ordered was by far the best omelette I’ve ever had!
