Best Healthy Restaurants in Tampa
So Fresh serves smoothies, juices, broth bowls, hot bowls, salads and wraps that can be gluten free, keto, paleo, vegetarian or vegan. So Fresh has four locations in Tampa including one downtown which makes it the perfect stop for a quick work day lunch.
Grain and Berry
Grain and Berry was voted the #1 bowl in the Tampa Bay Times so we of course had to add it into our list. They offer aesthetically pleasing and delicious bowls, smoothies, juice, parfaits, avocado toast and wellness shots. There are seven Grain and Berry locations in the Tampa area!
Dixie Dharma is a relatively new restaurant in Tampa located in the food hall, Armature Works. Their southern home-cooked style of food will make your mouth water while also being completely vegan. They have unique dishes that you would not be able to order at an ordinary vegan restaurant. Don’t forget to look out for their daily specials!
Fresh Kitchen is a chipotle-style restaurant where the food is actually healthy for you. Fresh Kitchen offers bowls, pressed juices, homemade teas, and frescas. They offer both gluten and dairy free food options at their three locations in Tampa Bay.
Soho Juice Company
After a location recently opened in Armature Works, Soho Juice Company now has three locations in Tampa Bay! Soho Juice offers smoothies, bowls, and waffles with an abundance of toppings, mix ins and drizzles. They also offers different types of juices and cleanses as well as CBD infused donuts and cupcakes (which also happen to be healthy).
The Farmacy Vegan Kitchen and Bakery
The Farmacy Vegan Kitchen and Bakery located in downtown Tampa offers not only a vegan philly cheesesteak but also burgers, lasagna, mac and cheese and a delicious breakfast menu. It is inside Duckweed so you can do a little grocery shopping while you wait for your meal! Trust me, their avocado brownies do not disappoint.
